Calm Down Kit for Kids

We're excited to announce we have created a Calm Down Kit for you to help your kids design their own calm down, chill out, relaxation or whatever-name-feels-right corner. This isn't about sending kids into a time out to navigate feelings on their own, it's about creating a safe space to let them know their feelings are okay and valid, their reactions are a choice, and there are tools they can use to help them make great choices. (This kit is available to annual family and annual professional subscription members.)
